At GoldFinch Vintage Scout, we take care in packaging every one-of-a-kind piece to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a one-person operation curating vintage and pre-owned items, we appreciate your patience — every order is handled with care.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via Canada Post and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

International Shipping: Additional charges may apply

Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your package through Canada Post at canadapost.ca.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once an item is shipped and tracking is provided, the liability is between the customer and the carrier. We are happy to assist when necessary.
